UPGRADING WITH DIFFICULTY

UPGRADING WITH DIFFICULTY
Hi please can anyone help.
Immensely frustrated in trying to upgrade my personal account to business. Had a personal account for 10 years, which has 800 feedback and 100%. I wanted to shift to a business strategy so I did the the following:
Changed my user name to the name I wish to use for the business account. Ended all items in my personal account.
Corrected the personal details on the personal information section as my wife’s name was in the account and not mine.
Kept the same bank account details always used for the per dc on account which shall he used for the business acct.
changed the email address on the existing personal account which will be used for the business account.
I now find myself chasing my tail as the upgrade won’t accept my details. Please help. Need to get up and running as ap.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou say your wife’s name was on the account, if so that has to match the name of the bank account.
It seems to me that you are now trying to edit your Wife’s ebay account to a business account, when as far as ebay are concerned you have no authority to change an account, NOT in your name.
