Update returns collection

Question

A buyer asked me to wait to send item. Now i am about to send it, pick up from Royal Mail it won't let me update and ask for another pick up. How do I change it

Simple Delivery postage is only valid for 14 days. Also your dispatch rating will probably suffer due to the delay. It would have been better to cancel the whole transaction and relist when they got back. You will probably have to do that now anyway and get new postage.

If you relist as the simplest way of dealing with this, if you paid for the first label, if still possible you need to cancel the label to get refund.

If too late then you are stuck with it.

If buyer paid they get automatic refund in 30 days.
