Update postage tracking after label created

Question

How do you update a tracking reference after you create a label.

The label was created but it was not the right postage so I had to re purchase a tracked service at the post office and now saying it hasn’t been delivered as postage not updated.

You can't change tracking number if you don't use Simple Delivery. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days.
