Update after collection
I Cannot update system to reflect that my buyer has collected the purchase.
Followed both methods shown in MyEbay and Sales Hub
Doesn't work

You don't mention this, and this is the only way to mark an item collected.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for responding. I have not received a collection code. How do I go about this.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the buyer did not give you the code when collecting send them a message if they would kindy look through their order details, their eBay messages, email to see if the collection code is there, and to send you those numbers. You can then enter them manually.
If they don't, you have no way now to mark it collected, and just hope the buyer will not open a case for item not received.
Your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

Managed to get in touch with buyer. Got code. All sorted now
