Unwarranted Negative Feedback
Hi, I have just realised a really nasty EBay buyer has left me negative feedback thus affecting my percentage rating. Basically he wasn’t being co-operative and wouldn’t pay(wanted to see the purchase on collection before parting with money) EBay blocks such contact until money has been paid.
I cancelled the sale and this person has given me negative feedback. Not a true reflection of what went on. Notice also other people have had problems with him as well. He still retails a healthy percentage for some reason? Can anyone help me remove this from my profile?
I need to email EBay really but cannot work out how?

·11 months agoThere is nothing in the very brief feedback the buyer left that would make Ebay remove it.
There is a process when buyers don't pay. You wait 4 days, then cancel the sale of day 5 with the reason 'buyer did not pay'. Any feedback left after such a transaction would be automatically removed.
