Seller would not post item after payment because he felt the price was too low yet he had not set a reserve. Feeling this would happen I spoke to Ebay & PayPal saying I would not accept a refund I have a transcript. Vendor confirmed he had given item to his son. I spent 3 days trying to submit my complaint in writing to Ebay, without success while trying to get vendor's details so that I can take legal action. Refund was made. I still want his details! I believe the vendor has reneged on a sale before.
