Unwanted item received

Question

I have received an item via Evri from Desiretech that I did not order addressed to someone else. The company won’t respond and Evri won’t return it.

I’m worried this is a scam and they will bill me for something I didn’t order or want.

I don’t see why I should pay to return it to the seller.

How do I get EBay to accept this?

Throw it in the BIN or give to charity if worthwhile. Even if they billed you, it should just be ignored, but sounds like brushing scam, which is annoying but used to boost a dodgy sellers feedback, not scam the person receiving their rubbish.

You won't be billed for it, don't worry on that front. If it's a cheap item and you start to receive more packages it may be a 'brushing' scam (you can Google this for further information).
