Unusual transactions
I wonder if any one else has noticed this. I have made 2 purchases from Ebay using paypal and for both not only has the cost been deducted but a seperate charge of £1 has been taken. I have spoken to Paypal and they say it is an ebay policy. It is eventually returned to me but that is not the point. My bank initially thought it was a fraudulent transaction.

Mentor2 weeks agoHave heard of this before, and money gets refunded.
If it is policy it is about time, whichever company is responsible, eBay or Paypal, made a proper announcement.
