Unused postage label
I've tried going through all eBay options on this issue with zero satisfaction. I sold an item and took the simple pre paid label to send. Unfortunately due to careful packing on going to the post office found my parcel slightly longer for Royal mails acceptance. Not being able to just pay more I had to choose a different courier and pay myself for new label to send. Before hand I spent over an hour trying to find the information from eBay on how I could easily rectify the issue. This I found impossible with no direct guidance and zero satisfaction with their AI. My buyer has received the package and is happy so no question of return. I've asked eBay for a refund for the unused service costing over £7. I paid over £8. They state they do not do refunds of postage even after receiving money which isn't been used. I'm unhappy with the constant back and forth questioning that again leave you with no answers at all on this kind of issue. Which I'm sure most crop up quite often with other sellers
