Providing an update that tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. Please do a recent clear of cache and cookies, log out and back in or do a refresh of your page and the listings should be showing as normal.
Tech are currently investigating reports of newly created listings and relists not showing in the active listing page. They are working on the fix to resolve it as soon as possible.
Yes, same here, I've lost several hundred this morning. Seems to be a massive site-wide issue today with unsold listings not appearing in Inactive and newly listed not appearing in Active. There are lots of reports but no updates from ebay yet.
