Unprofessional delivery drivers
Summary: abraxanich82 is facing repeated issues with parcels being falsely marked as delivered to a non-existent enclosed porch. Despite purchasing a refund guarantee, they are having difficulty obtaining reimbursement. I keep having recurring problems with my parcels and not receiving them even though this time is stating that they have been "delivered to enclosed porch " which we don't have a porch never mind a enclosed one I can't find any photo of their delivery and even though I paid for the buyers refund guarantee I'm struggling to get my money back. They was only one available yet the seller had a identical pair for sale after I didn't receive my order. I have mental health issues and this isn't doing me any good please someone please help me find what I need to do next

Mentor3 weeks agoAll you can do is to open an ebay item not received claim, which will likely be found in the sellers favour if the tracking number shows delivery. If you can get a delivery photo then you can appeal ebay's decision.
If you lose that appeal, you can contact your payment provider and see if they can help with an item not received chargeback.
Moving forward, can you use another address for deliveries? I have everything delivered to my local Post Office and collect from there.
