Unknown ebay charges
Hi, I have from my HSBC credit card 7-8 unknown ebay charges, few days in a row, that credit card I didn't register on my ebay account, but from 4 th November until 18 th November, they charged my credit card with purchases I don't recognise. I've tried to contact ebay, but no results. I have spoken with my bank already, they changed my account, but to recover my money, I have to contact ebay first and after, the bank will start their investigation. Can you please help me to find a way to get in touch with eBay?

·10 months agoYou can get a callback from Ebay but the most likely explanation is that somebody has access to your card and is using it without your consent or your card has been cloned.
Make sure the bank has started chargebacks for each payment as you did not authorise them.

OP10 months agoHi, thank you very much for your help and support,I have spoken with eBay and they told me it is about a fraud. I will contact my bank to confirm that.
