I have had to contact a seller about a damaged item. She has basically washed her hands of it and told me to contact the courier company. Does this seem right?

Mentor3 months agoHave you never bothered to read the 30 day money back guarantee, link on the right of every listing. You do not even have to deal with seller, just open a Not as described case, damaged in transit.

If it was private seller using simple delivery, ebay will refund you.
If not resolved, then escalate case to ebay on day 4 to sort.
