Unfortunately, this seller won't send this item to United Kingdom - help needed!
Hi,
I'm trying to buy from a seller in the UK (Surrey). I'm based in Essex. But I can't get to check out as I get the message that they wont send to the UK. The listing clearly states that they do, and they have included postage cost. The listing is: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/297656689405
He has been told there is nothing wrong with his listing, so is it a problem with my account? I've never seen this before.

OP9 months agoTurns out it was a postage issue. I could order one at a time, but when I tried to buy two or more I got the error message.

Mentor9 months agoOthers have had this problem. It's some sort of ebay glitch. Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list which should remove any blocks. They'll find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page. Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders. Or send them this link:
