"Unfortunately this seller won't send this item to the United Kingdom"
Hi,
A buyer has contacted me saying that when they click on the listing they get the message "Unfortunately this seller won't send this item to the United Kingdom"
I've searched for a fix but can't find anything that helps as some terminology given doesn't appear as an option for me to chose.
The buyer is in Northern Ireland, I'm based in England and using Simple Delivery.
Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

Mentor10 months agoLook into your Site Preferences see if you have ticked NI an area you do not post to.
On the same page, add this buyer to your buyer's exemption list.
Also, remove Evri as a postage option that might help, as they charge a ' premium' for posting to Northern Ireland.

OP10 months agoThank-you for your response, I've tried it but its still not working unfortunately, I may ask ebay to take a look at my account and see what I'm doing wrong!
