Unfair refund
Buy 2 isofix covers. Cost £13.58.
They arrive. the wrong ones, don't fit.
I'm asked for photos, which i send.
I'm offered a £4 refund and get to keep the wrong covers.
I refuse.
I say send me stamped addressed envelope and i'll return them once i have full refund of £13.58
They say we'll do that but the refund will be less the postage of £3 odd
I refuse.
I keep getting the reminder to return goods.
Any ideas?

You have been a member for over 20 years and should be aware of how to deal with returns by now.
