Unexpected time away
Hi
I’ve got to go away on Easter Monday unexpectedly for 18 days - I’ve got a bid on an item that ends after i go - How do i handle it - I cant message the bidder, I dont want to end it abruptly - I have figured out how to pause sales, the 15 day accept bids with an out of office on, but that just isnt long enough. Any suggestions?

Mentor4 months agoYou should be able to message the bidder. If you click on where it says number of bids on the listing you'll see their ID on the next page. Click on that and use the contact link at top of their page.
Probably best to end early, cancelling the bid in the process, and relist when you get back. If you let buyer know hopefully they will bid again.
