Mentor1 week agoHave you contacted your card company, as the funds cannot just disappear, someone probably ebay must have them, if not the seller.

OP1 week agoyes ebay charged the card, payment authorization ended with failed payment message, so I leaved with no doubt that my card would not be charged, but after time I found the charge in the bank statement

Mentor1 week agoIf you haven't received your orders then after logging into your correct site , www.ebay.com open a case, one for each non received item, for item not received.
Proceed this way:
Go to the right of each item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

OP1 week agothere is no purchase, at the end of the order process during C.Card processing a message appeared that the payment failed, so I totally closed the screen, latest I was previewing my bank statement I found that eBay really charged me 330$, I am sure that when eBay checks their statement they will find the charge for no order
