Underpaid Postage by Royal Mail
Hi, I have recently received 2 separate message informing me Royal Mail had stated 2 parcels where not correct and I had underpaid?? I checked both before posting as 'old school' and knew they were both large letters and weight was correct and sad as I am have an old postoffice sizer to drop the package through. The thing is eBay have dominated postage and you can't change it?? Also I genuine feel Royal Mail are taking the **** and I don't like being told I did something worng when I know full well I did not. Has anyone had this issue, any advice? Thanks :-)
