Has the item been sold with Simple Delivery?
Otherwise, the buyer can only underpay if you undercharge.

OP11 months agoThe buyer bulk bought the items and eBay have allowed the buyer to pay
£10.15 but due to the weight and value it cost £23.60… which was nice!
