Underpaid my sales

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

First two sales were £75 and £25. Less their charges, about £15, they paid me £16 and £25. Not anything like my sales, after charges I should have about £85 not £41 !

Both sales show as completed, any ideas. I have emailed eBay but no reply yet

Why am I not surprised, they were great ten years ago, what happened? How can I get it sorted without spending a fortune on phone calls, and never getting the right dept?

Why don’t you look in Payments all transactions.

We cannot see your account but all transactions are shown including payments made that you have forgotten to take into account.

Ebay replied to my email in less than 48 hours, explaining everything in detail, they took all selling charges out from the first sale , the next two sales , having already had charges paid , are paid in full to my account. Appreciate your help and please note eBay do reply, very quickly and in great detail

I did that and it says the £75 plus £3.45post paid by buyer , after charges left me just over £63 , they sent £16
