UNDELIVERED ROYAL MAIL ITEM
Not received an item which says delivered . There is a picture from Royal Mail which I cannot really identify . Was sent by Tracked RM delivery . No response from seller .
How can RM just leave a parcel on a doorstep without a we tried to deliver card ?? May have been stolen I fear. Quite unbelievable .
Any ideas on what to do ?? Do I have Ebay protection ?

·6 months agoObviously, check around your property and ask the neighbours. Check the tracking on the RM website to see if the delivery location looks right for your address,
If you have a regular postie, see if you can have a word with them today and ask if they dropped off a parcel at your home yesterday.
You can open a case. However, if the seller has tracking which proves delivery to your address, Ebay may find in their favour.
Report that your item hasn't arrived
You have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed to report that an item hasn't arrived.
The seller should respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If you're getting a refund, it will go back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically available within 3-5 business days.
