never has this before.
buyer has contacted me today to say that EVRI will not deliver pacel which has been damaged presumely in transit.
she wants her money back. not a problem with that.
it is a ceramic fish dish. well wrapped up with fragile sticker all over it.
if EVRI is refusing to post the item to the buyer, will EVRI return the parcel to me via the shop?
who pays for the postage? I think EVRI wasn't careful with the parcel and did damge to my pacel in transit.
What's the best way to sort this out as i won't get comepensation from EVRI becuase it 's ceramic. HOw do i get in contact with EVRI? This situaiton is not listed on the reasons for not being deliveredby EVRI.

Mentor2 months agoIf the tracking is not showing as delivered ask the buyer to open a "not received" case and ebay should issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment.
Couriers are not careful with parcels regardless of whether they are marked fragile. You have to make sure your parcels are bombproof and can withstand being dropped on the floor.

Mentor2 months agoThat's right, they don't. They don't cover a large number of items. eBay should pay up though.
