I posted an order since the 30th of November Evrie using simple delivery but the item has yet not been delivered. What do I do please as I'm a new seller here

Seeing you are a new seller on a Private account I was going to explain eBay's Simple Delivery, but you are selling all Brand new items and items in quantities more than one.

A Private account the one you are using, is for those members who wish to sell their used unwanted items such as a garage / attic/ wardrobe clear out. You need a Business account because you are selling all new items.

This is how to change your account...

Go to Account settings in My eBay.

Select Personal information.

Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.

Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.

Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.

On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

If the buyer is complaining ask them to open a "not received" case. Then as long as the tracking does not show delivery ebay will issue a refund and you keep the payment.
