How can I email complaints. Ebay has sold a bag that is not on my listing anymore it is impossible to get a reply from them to find out why:

Another email from eBay they a taking money from my account but there have been no transactions amount is £1200

Only the account holder can list items on their account. What happened there?

You say that eBay are taking £1200 from you, is that the value of the bag?

Are you sure that these messages are from eBay, can you let us have the listing number for the bag please?
