Unable to withdraw funds
I am unable to withdraw any funds from my account as I have changed addresses recently.
eBay asked for photographic ID which I do not own but then they told me I can send my birth certificate and utility bill instead which I have done.
This was two days ago - I have spoken with a representative and they confirmed that the information had been received and was fine but still nothing.
I also had the same message this morning asking me to upload documents.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt can take a minimum of 5 days to verify a change of personal details, or longer.
