Unable to upgrade to business account

Question

I have a personal account on here and I want to be able to create listings with multiple options. For this I need a business account, but whenever I try to upgrade it just keeps getting stuck on the page where it asks me to confirm my personal information. If I press Agree and Continue nothing happens, the button just fades and reappears. I've tried clearing my cache & cookies, trying a different browser, but nothing seems to work. Anyone else had this issue and was able to fix it?

Figured out it was an issue with my address. Finally sorted after faffing about with it. Thank you 👍

This did not help unfortunately. I'm really stumped here I can't find anyone else online with the same issue
