Unable to update tracking details on a return
Unable to enter tracking details on a return item. tried numerous times.Now the date has passed for adding tracking details. The item was sent within 2 days of the return request being accpted by the seller. The item was sent by Royal mail and was tracked and required a signature on delivery. It arrived safely. the seller is not processing my refund. What can i do?
