Unable to ship within deadline, buyer agreed with delays
I just sold an item, but I will be out of the country for a week, and no one will be able to send the parcel for me. The buyer agreed to wait, but there is a deadline to ship the item to the authenticator. Has anyone experienced this? What happens if I cannot send the item before the deadline? Many thanks!!!

Mentor1 month agoIf you cannot ship in time you should cancel as *peaseblossom* says, it's likely the postage label will have expired by the time you return.

Mentor1 month agoYour dispatch rating will suffer so it's best to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist when you get back for them to buy and pay again.
