Unable to send invoice to buyer

Question

Trying to send an invoice with postage to a buyer but keep getting this message: Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from the this invoice.

How do I send an invoice advising the buyer the overall cost including postage. Listen has been set up with multiple options: click and collect, in person collection, postage etc.

Private sellers cannot send invoices, ebay do it automatically. If buyer bought more than 1 item, cancel all, then relist all items on 1 listingso they can buy with 1 postage.

Thanks Tobias, I have just checked my buyers postcode, they are in Northern Ireland, so from reading another post, I think this is also causing an issue as postal charges will be higher?
