Unable to select correct parcel size
I am trying to list an item using the eBay app. When going through the postage options I’m unable to find an option that fits my item. My box dimension are larger than the medium size box option I’m given on the template. Can anyone explain how I can select a larger box option.
When creating the listing, I’m not given an option to input package size before I get to the postage options.

Mentor3 months ago"Bulky parcel" goes up to 120 x 80 x 80 cm, and up to 30kg. That availability depends on category so you need to change category or sub-category until it's an option.
Or you could use "Oversized" to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage. That also depends on category. If you select it click on Add Primary Service and enter postage cost.
It has to be done on a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
