Unable to see my listing although I know that it is live. Why is this happening? | Member To Member Support

Hello eBayers, yesterday I noticed a problem. When I had made a listing and posted it, it went live but I was unable to see it and my listings said zero. My item sold within ten minutes and then I could see it. Today I have the same problem but it is a seven day auction so it won't sell for a week. I am finding this frustrating. Any answers?
