unable to revise listing
i'm having trouble revising an existing listing. the problem is that i cant change the quantity available.
it says there is an issue with my postage policy which there shouldn't be because i havent changed anything there.
the postage policy itself is greyed out on the listing anyway.
any ideas please?
oh, i did call ebay and they couldn't do it either and said they would raise an IT ticket but i've heard that before and never have heard back from them so im no full of hope there

OP10 months agoit's been over 48hrs since i spoke to customer service and 24hrs since i posted here and zilch. i'm not sure how im supposed to resolve what seems to be a technical glitch by myself
