Unable to return item as I cancelled the original return as I chose the wrong optionI .

I ordered a replacement component for my sons playstation 5 (https://ebay.us/m/n7Rh4E) it stated it was for a ps5 but when trying to install it the component isnt compatible. I selected does not fit as the return reason and was presented with a return cost. I realised that it must be because I had selected the option "does not fit " instead of "incorrect item" so I cancelled the return. There is now no option to return the item as it says I have cancelled the return. I have contacted the seller but had no respnse. Any help would be appreciated.

Mentor5 months agoYou only get one chance at an ebay return. As the item was 'not as described' you could try your funding source.
