Mentor3 months agoNobody here can tell you this. Being members like yourself we have no access to your account or messages explaining your account restriction.
I also doubt contacting Customer Services will be helpful, as agents will not discuss restrictions and there is no set time for these to be resolved.
Unfortunately, it is just a waiting game for you , hopefully to be resolved in your favour.
