Unable to receive offers for a specific item as a seller even though offers are enabled
For some reason I’m unable to receive an offer for a specific item, it is also saying on the buyers side that I won’t send the item to the UK, even though I live in Surrey England and have put that as my address. The buyer is in Wales so I’m not sure what problem is? Thank you for reading.

Mentor6 months agoWhich item is it? Not all your items have Best Offer, looking at those that do have best offer I can see nothing wrong.
Do you have blocking for members with two or more unpaid strikes? Do you have any IDs on your Blocked Bidders list.

OP6 months agoHi there, thanks for replying, it’s a compact fishing rod and reel. No I don’t have blocking for buyers with two or more unpaid strikes. I have just seen there’s an option that says Block buyers whose primary postage address is in a location to which I don’t post
I have now unchecked this so hopefully it’ll allow me to send it to Wales.

OP6 months agoHi there, the situation has not changed, the person interested still cannot buy the fishing rod and reel. I don’t have blocking for buyers with two or more unpaid strikes. Can I ask what you mean when you ask do you have any IDs on your Blocked Bidders list? I have not blocked any buyers/bidders.

Mentor6 months agoIf you have not blocked any individual buyers, the only thing I can think id your method of delivery.
Are you using a courier, as it is possible they do not deliver in Wales, or alternatively size of package may be the problem.
Can you add postage using Royal Mail?
It does say on that message that you do not deliver to the UK, which is just nonsense, and only ebay can explain/correct that.
I would suggest, possibly ending the listing and relist as a new listing. Alternatively use another listing and use “ List Similar “, and change all the details and pictures.

OP6 months agoIt has worked, thank you for the suggestions, I changed the courier to Royal Mail and altered the size to its recommendation and it accepted it. I very much appreciate the help. Thank you.
