I’m trying to purchase my very first item on eBay. I have already verified both my email address and phone number, and I’ve added a payment method (VISA + Google Pay).
However, when I proceed to checkout, I receive a message saying that my account has a purchase limit. Since I haven’t made any purchases yet, I’m not sure why this restriction has been applied.
I recently made an offer of £105 for a pair of sneakers, and I would like to complete the purchase if my offer is accepted.
Could you please advise what I should do, since eBay Customer Support is not available in the chat?
