Unable to promote my listings
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice from experienced sellers.
I’ve been selling on eBay for about a year now and have achieved Top Rated Seller status, but I’m still unable to promote my listings. On the Promoted Listings page, it shows my account as “ineligible,” and this has been the case since the very beginning.
I contacted eBay support, and they mentioned it’s a temporary restriction, but no clear reason has been provided. It’s confusing because my account is performing well with good metrics.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? What could be causing this, and how did you resolve it?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
