Unable to print royal mail labels
Currently experiencing an issue when I go to click to get a QR label or download label for a sold item, im getting an error in red at the top saying unable to generate shipping label?
Anyone else experiencing this issue? Been fine ever since today.

I have reported this issue to our technical team, and this is currently under review. Once this is resolved, I will let you know, but please note that we don't have an estimated fix time.

OP5 months agoHi im still having this issue now on another item I have just sold, its doing with with inpost now, so it appears its not generating shipping labels for all postal services now.

Just to confirm, is this for the reversing camera? If so, I can see a label was created and I can see the tracking number as well. Maybe you managed to generate the label in the meantime?

OP5 months agoYes for the reversing camera, I had to buy a label via pack link as it wasent working and still isn't for any item, definitely still isn't workjng on my account when a buyer pays for a label via simple delivery, will not let me print or download a label just comes up the the error message.

OP5 months agoI have just sold another item 08-14283-63407 is the order number and its coming up with the same message again unable to generate label when I click for to download the postage label or qr code.
