Unable to print postage label saying an error

Unable to post postage label. EBay message send to cancel order and let the buyer know. The buyer says they have never had an issue before. Please can you advise how this issue is resolved. What does the buyer need to do to their label and how can they pay for it now?age

Unless the buyer has an invalid address registered on their eBay account there's nothing they can do to print a label, ask them to check their addresses on their eBay account with this link...

There are 5 addresses which need to be checked and possibly corrected.

If the address is correct, you must only post to the name and address eBay provide on the delivery order details, then you may be left with taking the item to your Post Office, and buying over the counter postage.

You will not be able to add the new tracking, and if a Simple Delivery label was initially purchased, this will mark the item as dispatched. Your payout now, will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

A refund for the unused SD label is made to whoever initially paid for the label.

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
