Unable to message seller.
Hi so I am trying to message this seller , about information of the product. But everything I try to message them it doesn't get sent. This it's been like this for weeks. All I want to ask is about potential allergens. I contacted customer support but haven't had an update.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt's possible that they've set their account not to receive messages, so I would avoid that seller and look for another.
I'd only advise purchasing from a reputable UK registered business seller.

All I want to ask if there is any risk of cross contamination with nuts or coconuts? ( from the freeze dried apple product).

I would never buy from a seller like this.
Best to find a proper business registered food seller.

Mentor3 weeks agoI agree 100% with @tobiasd4 , I'd avoid that seller like the plague, you have no idea where that apple is from or how its been prepared/stored/what its been in contact with. That's why it's vital to buy these kind of things from a UK registered business seller.
