Unable to mark item a delivered
My item has been delivered. The seller used Royal Mail outside of eBay. I was given the Royal Mail tracking reference. Now I have the item and the seller is asking me to mark it as delivered but I don't know how.
Can anyone help?

Mentor1 month agoYou cannot do anything to mark it as delivered. When sellers don't use ebay postage the payment is held for 14 days. Or if seller is new it may be held for 30 days.
