Unable to list items
Hello, I’ve recently tried to repost some items but it’s saying my account is suspended but doesn’t explain why. I’ve only sold one item up to now and there was no issues so I don’t understand why it’s no longer allowing me to sell anything. Thanks

MentorJul 13, 2026 at 4:57 AMYou may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
