Unable to list Item using HGR drop shipping connector - As a Seller

Hi All,

Hope this message finds you well. I am a new seller and trying drop shipping and using HGR connector for autolisting to ebay. I have not been successful in listing any product as I receive the following error message. I have added payment details and updated my addresses. I cannot seem to find an area for ID and billing verification. Please can someone kindly help. Thank you

Drop shipping is hardly appropriate for a PRIVATE seller who is supposed to be selling their own items.

You also need to read this, https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/drop-shipping?id=4176&st=3&pos=1&query=Dropshipping&intent=drop%20shipping&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1114

Maybe you need to correctly register as a business seller before you can do what you want to do.

Currently you have a private account.
