Unable to list an item for sale

Hi Customer Support,I recently tried to list a product for sale on eBay, but at the final step, I received a message stating that I cannot complete the listing and need to contact customer support.Could you please check my account and let me know what the issue is? I would appreciate your guidance on how to fix this so I can start selling.Thank you for your help.

Have you registered to sell and added a bank account which ebay verifies.

Without this you cannot be paid, so therefore you cannot sell.
