Mentor4 months agoNo one today reporting anything .... yet!
However, there have been constant issues reported recently, more so I would say, than usual.
Not being an app user , the more reliable desktop is for me, so I can only pass on information gleaned from other users, and this below is from one of our Community Managers, re the recent issues.
Check to see you have the latest app version as there has been recent updates.
Android version when updated needs android system 12 and up
IOS newest version works with IOS 18 or later.

OP4 months agoThanks. My phone is on Android version 13 so that can't be the problem. I have tried turning off my phone and restarting, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. What else should I try ?

This I cannot help you with, as it seems to change so regularly, hopefully someone will come along soon and confirm if you are using the latest one.
