Unable to deliver to the UK
Hi guys I have tried on a number of occasions to purchase an octastream elite, the seller is in the USA I contacted him / her and asked if the can deliver they acknowledged that they could when I tried to pay for it , I couldn't as it still defaults to the USA. Is there any way around this.

Mentor3 weeks agoUntil the seller revises their listing to add a postage price and method to the UK that you can see in the postage options, you won't be able to buy this item.

OP3 weeks agoThe seller did advise that they could deliver to the UK, I'm obviously not sure what they have to alter on eBay or if they need to advise eBay that they are willing to deliver.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe seller needs to alter their postage set up. They don't need to advise eBay, it is the sellers responsibility to deal with the matter. Whether its sent direct or via Eis, the seller should be able to do this without problem.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt is up to seller to provide postage on the listing so that you can pay after purchase. No postage and you therefore cannot pay.
Does it say on listing that seller posts to the UK?

OP3 weeks agoNo but when I asked the question I was told they would deliver to the UK. I gave it a bit of time before trying to pay and the same answer came up , telling me to alter my address.
