Unable to Create Buy It Now / Fixed Price Listing — Only Auction Option Available
I’m trying to create a Buy It Now / fixed-price listing, not an auction. On the app I selected Buy It Now, but when I try to save it, I get an error saying: “Buy It Now price should be at least 40% more than your starting price.” On the desktop website, the Format dropdown only shows Auction, and I cannot select Fixed Price / Buy It Now. I have already reinstalled the app, but the issue is still there. Could you please check if my account, category, or listing form is restricted from using Buy It Now / fixed-price listings? I only want to list this item as Buy It Now, with no auction and no starting bid. Thank you.
