unable to contact seller after receiving product recall message from EBay
I received an email from Ebay on 14/10/2025 detailing a product recall because of fire safety concerns.
I have purchased 8 dining chairs from a company called furniture bz . Below are the details 20/10/2021 order 23-07755-03708, 23/10/21 order 09-07769-05927 and 18/04/2022 order 16-08524-52452.
I followed the link which takes you to the website of a company called KALLEVIG which is apparently dealing with the issues. I tried to email the listed recall email address but it bounced back as undeliverable . I notice that at the top of the KALLEVIG website that they are closing down ????
