unable to cancel order, ebay showing something went wrong
I am a seller trying to cancel an order because I cannot fulfil it. When I try to cancel, eBay shows ‘Something went wrong’. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, and is there a workaround?

MentorJul 20, 2026 at 7:32 PMIf its in the past hour or so it doesn't surprise me, we have had an auction and keep getting all sorts of strange error messages on our screen. Leave it a couple of hours and try again.
